Building upon an education in Food Science and Technology, Sonny has worked in many roles within a variety of food manufacturing industries. From frozen desserts and brewing, to specialty cheese and fine meat, he's led production teams, managed quality programs, and built state-of-the-art facilities for billion dollar food companies.
